Schedule a Service
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Library Material Locker Pickups

For those who prefer contactless pickup, locker pickups are available to UNW students, faculty, staff and alumni for most physical items. Alumni and visitors can request materials from UNW's collection [no partner library access]. These users will need to have an up-to-date account with a current email address to place requests. Please contact the Circ Desk to confirm your access. 
Note: Course reserve materials and equipment are not eligible for locker pickup.

 

Locker Pickups require a locker # and a combo.

  • Request your materials. 
  • Schedule your pickup once materials are designated as "Ready for Pickup."
  • Check your email for locker # and combo code before arriving. 
    • Give us at least one hour to process your pickup request.
  • Retrieve your items as soon as possible.
  • This is not a 24/7/365 service.
    • The building lobby is locked between 12:30 AM and 6:30 AM weekdays / 7 AM weekends 
      (Major holidays are exceptions.)

 

Users with accessibility needs:

  • Top locker is at 4.5 feet high.
  • Bottom locker is at ground level.
  • Combination locks are a 5 letter code on rotating dials. 
  • If you need accommodation for a locker pickup (i.e. don't put in bottom locker), please let us know.
